We want you to absolutely love your SHALENI purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out—and that’s okay. Our customer care team is committed to helping you with a return or exchange of your order. Please keep in mind the following return fees:

For domestic returns within the OAE, if returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout return shipping is free, othewise there’s a standard return fee of $10 (~40 AED)

For returns within the EU, the standard return fee is €20 EUR (~90 AED)

For other countries, the return fee will vary between $15-40 (~60-200 AED) , depending on your location.
