Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to absolutely love your SHALENI purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.
Free Returns Worldwide
We offer free returns worldwide within 14 days of delivery.
That means:
• No return shipping fees
• No restocking fees
• We provide a free return label
You only need to make sure your item meets the return conditions listed below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or missing tags cannot be accepted
How to Return or Exchange Your Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email our care team at shop@shaleni.ae with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Your Free Return Label
We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions based on your location.
Step 3: Send It Back
Pack your item in its original SHALENI packaging and attach the return label.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you by email.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at shop@shaleni.ae with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Shipping Fees, Duties, Taxes & VAT
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and VAT are non-refundable.
If a return is sent back without customs clearance, any applicable duties or handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Hairbands
• Sleeping masks
• Socks
• Swimsuits
Bundle Promotion Returns
If you purchased items as part of a bundle promotion and return only part of the bundle, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the original (non-discounted) price of the returned item.
To receive a full refund for a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned.
