Free Delivery Thresholds
We’re happy to offer free delivery on qualifying orders:
• Dubai: Free delivery on all orders
• GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): Free delivery on orders over $150
• Europe: Free delivery on orders over €200
• UK: Free delivery on orders over £200
• USA & Canada: Free delivery on orders over $300
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
• Dubai: within 2 hours (free delivery across the city)
• Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: next-day delivery
• Other Emirates: 1–2 business days (free delivery on orders over $150)
• GCC: 2–3 business days (free delivery on orders over $150)
• Europe & International: around 5 business days via DHL Express (free delivery from $200–$400 depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods such as holidays, special launches or seasonal sales — thank you for your understanding.

Within the UAE
• Express delivery within 2–5 hours
• Standard delivery within 12 hours
Other Emirates
• Standard delivery within 1–2 business days
GCC Countries
• Standard delivery within 3–5 business days
• Express delivery within 2–3 business days
Europe (from Poland)
• Delivery across Europe within 2–4 business days
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If Your Order Is Lost
While it’s very rare, if something goes wrong with your delivery:
1. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
2. If needed, contact the courier directly using the details provided.
3. If the carrier confirms your order is lost, please contact our care team — we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund right away.
